Refund Policy

If your plant arrives in very rough shape, we require that you send us photos of the plant to info@abcplants.ca within 24 hours of having received it at your local post office. 

As soon as we receive your photos we will determine whether the plant is beyond hope (50% + damage or 'dead' matter) or not. Please keep in mind that the substrate might slosh around during the shipping process, but this has no bearing on the plants usability. 

Once deemed unusable, you can choose to:

1) Receive Store credit, excluding any shipping and packing costs.

2) Be refunded the plants value, excluding any shipping and packing costs.  

3) Request a re-shipment. ABC Plants has the right to deny a re-shipment, opting instead for options 1 and 2, after assessment of the situation. All shipping and packing costs are to covered by the customer.
