Please note that during the Covid-19 crisis we will ship on Mondays only.

 This ensures minimal travel time for your order.

As the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve, in order to limit unnecessary interactions,  we have suspended our FlexDelivery and Hold for Pick-up policy.  Your package will be delivered directly to the shipping address you provide at check out and left at your door unless you request otherwise.

Canada Post has encouraged customers to refrain from using their FlexDeliveryTM service over this period in order to avoid potential inconvenience and unnecessary contact when picking up your package.

Orders $100 and over (before tax) qualify for free Canada Post XpressPost Shipping (1-3 business days).

 

Orders under $100 will be subject to an automatic $12 XpressPost Shipping fee, which will be included in your order total. 

Local orders will be delivered by us in order to avoid potentially unreliable Canada Post service during the pandemic.

Warehouse Pick-Up

Local customers can come and pick up orders at our warehouse in Montreal. When you place an order, select “Local Pickup” as your shipping option and we’ll email you to schedule your collection. Usually, your plants will be available within one business day. In person warehouse visits are suspended due to Covid-19 until the situation changes.

We are open for pickup Monday to Friday, 3-7pm. You can schedule a time - just follow the instructions in your pick-up email!
